The staff were really friendly, going above and beyond with little extras like taking our bags to our room while we had lunch on the terrace. The location was fantastic, easy to walk to all areas around the city. The room was quiet, which was brilliant seeing as it was Pride weekend and there was a great concert taking place in a square nearby but once we got back to the hotel you couldn't tell.

Easy breezy check-in, very helpful front desk, room was comfortable and spacious enough with blackout drapes, and really appreciated how quiet it was. We were tired from our travel, but thought we would wake up the first morning at our normal time (6am) - nope, so quiet that we didn't waken until 10am. Luckily, breakfast was until 11 so we were still able to eat before starting our day.

Hotel was in an excellent location for connecting with Major streets of Madrid. Close to Main Square and Cathedral. Well appointed rooms with a generous amount of space to really spread out and not feel cluttered in any way. Excellent choice for breakfast with an opportunity for a few cooked items if you wanted. Very friendly waiting staff.

The hotel itself was charming, beautiful courtyard, i loved the staircase and the glass elevator. The staff was friendly. The room was big. Water pressure was great. Location was amazing, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I was allowed to leave my luggage after checkout to go roam around the city.

Friendly staff helped to bring our heavy luggage and bags up to our room when we checked in. There is kettle in the room which is great! Not all 4 stars hotels have this facility in Spain. Bed is comfy and shower is great too!
